There are of course many other attractions throughout the county, all of which are within easy traveling distance of our Holiday cottages. Beaches There are lively resort beaches pulsing with activity or picturesque rural beaches such as those owned by the National Trust. No other county has more Seaside Awards or Blue Flag/ Blue Flag Rural beaches than Pembrokeshire. If you walk any section of the Coast Path between Amroth and Newport, sooner or later you’ll stumble across a secret beach. You may even have it all to yourself. There are reputed to be 50 beaches in the county Even in the height of summer on the busiest beach , you will have plenty of space, unlike some other destinations! Recommended family beaches Tenby South ( Twelve minute walk from Manor) Tenby North Saundersfoot Broad Haven Manorbier Coppet Hall Amroth Newgale Other beaches and sandy coves Barafundle Broad Haven South West Angle Bay West Dale Peaceful beaches Priory beach at Caldey Waterwynch Monkstone Sandy Haven Walking The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is 186 miles in length and runs around the entire coastline from Amroth to Poppit. It takes about ten days to walk the whole route. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park organises a guided walk of the entire path once a year if you want some company.

Inland Walks The Ritec walk from Penally to St Florence The Knights Way from Narbeth to Amroth Llys-Y-Fran reservoir circular walk Bosherton Lily Ponds and surrounding area.
Cycling The Pembrokeshire section of the Celtic Trail Cycle Route is 90 miles long. It winds its way around most of the coast from Fishguard to Tenby on both traffic free paths and little used country lanes which are ideal for cycling.
